I’m always trying to find ways to save money especially when it comes to my kids and this is one of my best mom money saving tips….Shop and consign at kid seasonal sales! Our little ones only use baby and kid items for a short time so this seasonal exchange of toys, clothes, furniture, and baby equipment makes complete sense.

Whether you sell the things your kids no longer use or buy items you need now it’s a win win.

I always used to volunteer and consign items in order to get the coveted pre-sale ticket because in this game the early bird usually gets the worm…and by that I mean the best selection!

Plus there is a fundraising opportunity here for your community. You can collect items to sell and raise money for your non profit or church. We did this once in my moms group and it was a great success. Make a mommy night out and get together to tag all the items!
