This year’s vacation was a staycation. It took the form of water sports, art appreciation, culinary delights, fine friends and exotic events. That we were in the backyard, neighbor’s house or just down the block? Even better.

What did you do this summer?
We got to go out of town this summer, although we have done the staycation thing before. The most exciting for me was when the older kids and I got to tour USC, It was three hours long, but we loved every minute of it. It was a nice bonding experience.
