Couch Potato Vaccine: Spring Camp at the Met

What is your child doing during spring vacation? The Fresno Met has made it even easier for your child to enjoy art and science by offering early drop off and late pick up to fit around your work schedule. Get your young artist off the couch this spring break and enroll him/her in Spring Camp today for fun and educational entertainment. 

Spring Camp at the Met
April 6 – 10, 2009, 7:30am – 5:30pm

Join us for our 2009 Spring Camp where children in grades 1 to 6 are invited to explore the Science of Art. Campers will have the opportunity to explore various art forms and their cultural significance. Participants will receive a behind the scenes look at works of art from the Museum’s collection and develop an understanding of various art making processes through hands-on activities.

Themes for individual camp days will include sculpture, painting, murals, printmaking and photography. Children will learn what has inspired artists throughout time. What will inspire your child?
